The Indian Doctors Forum is a non-profit fellowship located in Kuwait .The Site is intended for the exclusive use of residents of Kuwait. Access to the Site may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries outside of Kuwait. If you access this site from outside Kuwait, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. If any provision of these General Terms of Use is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with the Indian Doctors Forum, or in any way relating to your use of the Site, reside in the courts of Kuwait.
